Activity Details
Check-In Instructions:
● Location: Redeem your voucher at 7 Calhoun Ave, Destin, FL 32541 with a representative.
●What to Bring:
-Confirmation number (found on your emailed voucher)
-Valid driver's license for verification
●Arrival Time:
Arrive at least 30 minutes early for instructions, 45 minutes early for larger parties.
Parking
● Customer parking is available at 7 Calhoun Avenue on a first come, first serve basis. On high-volume days, we recommend carpooling as space is limited.
Whats Included:
● Full tank of fuel (1 tank included)
● 12-passenger pontoon boat
●Life vests for all passengers
●Basic boating and safety instruction before departure
What's Not Included:
● Boater's License (Required if born on or after January 1, 1988)
● Additional fuel after 1 tank ($4/gallon)
● Damage protection/Deposit (must choose one or the other)
Rental Restrictions
● Boats cannot be used as shuttles for drop-offs & pickups.
● Adults born BEFORE January 1, 1988 can operate a boat with a valid drivers license without a Florida's Boater License.
● Must be 18+ to operate or rent with a valid driver's license & credit card for incidentals.
● Born on or after January 1, 1988? You can operate the boat, but you must complete a Florida Boater's Test (link sent post booking).
● Boat's are NOT allowed in the Gulf of Mexico.
● Maximum boat capacity: 12 passengers (babies and children included).
Additional Information:
● Recommended Items: Sunscreen, towel, sunglasses, and a hat.
● Storage: Small compartments for valuables, but we recommend you leave them at home or in your vehicle.
● Weather Policy: If the vendor cancels due to bad weather, you may reschedule or receive a full refund. If weather forces an early return, pricing will be prorated accordingly.
● Late Returns: A $50 charge per 15 minutes late will be applied and must be paid directly to the vendor.

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel at least 24 hours prior to their arrival date and time to receive a full refund. Customers that cancel within the 24 hour period will not be eligible for a refund. If weather or water conditions are deemed unfavorable by the vendor, the rental may be rescheduled for a later day/time or a full refund will be issued. No-shows will not be refunded. Customer may make changes to the reservation without any fees as long as it's outside of the 24 hour cancellation period.
